FAQ: Does Megaspin sell Japan-made Butterfly blades?
Some Butterfly blades like Korbel and Grubba are produced in factories both in Europe and in Japan, so they exist in 2 variants. When a Japanese blade has a Europe-made version, we always carry the Japanese variant. Other blades like Butterfly Timo Boll Offensive are only made in China so we cannot carry a Japanese variant of these blades.

Reviews of Butterfly Taksim - Chinese Penhold (5)
Folks, Taksim is probably still one of the best CPH blade in the markets. I used 2 in the last 8 years and I have tried many others, Yasaka MLC, Nittaku Lialox, Bty. Supreme speed, 729's imitation etc.. When you are using Taksim, just like an old friend is with you! The only thing it is not a 10 because the inflating price & hard to get.
This blade isn't as flexible as I'd like it to be, but it is a good blade. (it better be for the price)
I used H3 fh and G666 bh (I was trying v-grip at the time) and it was pretty good with blocks and was great for fast attacks.
There is almost no vibration in this blade, so I found it a little hard to judge where the ball was on contact
Very nice blade for fast attack and good blocking using tacky rubbers like dhs.
This blade is soft with little or no vibration. Very good control on hitting. Downside is blocking due to the high throw. The head is somewhat smaller compared to Yasaka blades. Maybe Taksim X is a better alternative for the 40 mm. ball.
This is an amazing blade! I've been using this blade for a couple years now and I think it has the perfect balance of speed, control, a feel. The only downside is that this is very expensive and butterfly seems to have discontinued it. If I could use this for this rest of my life, I would!
