Warranty/Returning Defective Goods
Butterfly Robots are protected by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

For all other items
There is no official manufacturer warranty on other items such as blades and rubbers but if it turns out that a product broke within a reasonable time of your purchase, and due to a manufacturing defect, we may be able to refund you or compensate you.
Who pays for shipping?
Warranty/product defect issues are handled without additional shipping costs to you. This means you receive a full refund or a free replacement and you will not pay for return shipping.
What can be returned if you are not happy with your purchase
You can return any item, except custom-made rackets, Power Pong robots and tables, within 30 days of your purchase, provided that the item is still in brand new condition. Power Pong robots can be returned within 10 days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale cannot be refunded. We ask customers to ensure that items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.

Custom-made rackets, that we assemble for you, cannot be returned for a refund. By custom-made racket, we mean:
- Orders of blade and rubber sheets that you ask us to assemble.
- Rackets in the Pro Combo category made up of pre-determined blades and rubber sheets.
If you want to return a perfectly-working robot, our cost to deliver the robot to you will be deducted from the refund amount. If a $500 robot cost us $30 to deliver to you, the refund amount will be $470. Some robot brands carry a restocking fee. If there is a restocking fee, this is indicated on the respective product page.
For All Other Items
We may deduct our original shipping cost from your refund. For example, if an item costs $100, and we paid $6.50 for shipping, your refund would be $93.50.
How to Return an Item
To make a return, please Request a Return Authorization.
Order discrepancies (e.g. wrong item received, incorrect quantity of items) or damaged deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. We ask you not to use or open the product if it is not what you ordered. We try our best to avoid such mistakes from happening but if they do, we try our utmost to resolve them in the shortest time possible and to compensate you for the inconvenience.
