Amazing blade, the best I've ever used and I've used a lot of frames, mostly Butterfly. I use it with Tenergy 05 2.1 FH and Tenergy 05 1.9 BH. It's fairly fast but because of tremendous control it doesn't feel so fast. Blocking, flat hitting and smashing is very easy. It's also better close and mid to the table, far from the table it lacks a bit power and spin. I would recommend this blade to anyone with allround/attacking style.

The Ovtcharov ALC is a well-balanced blade, and it aims at the short court. However, compared to the current series of Butterfly’s ALC such as Lin Gaoyuan ALC, CNF, and Super Lin Yunru, the version of Ovtcharov has a little more attacking range.

I have owned so many blades previously, this blade is the Ultimate best for the current ball and current game
Blocking control looping it is simply flawless

I played with this blade with 09c FH and 05 BH very reliable and my strokes got better in the game . One thing that blade itself developed curved shape im not sure if they tested ghat or not and it crack from side
Currently running it with DHS Hurricane 3 NEO Provincial (39 deg Blue Sponge - Unboosted) and DHS Hurricane 3 NEO (37 deg Orange Sponge - Unboosted). Has exceptional feeling when looping / top-spinning the ball. Good at looping close to mid-table distance. Backhand requires more power, but that could be because of the rubber choice; however is good when you’re actively defending. I am considering to switching to Dignics 05 to have a more offensive backhand.
But in general, the blade does require sufficient technique to get the most out of it.
