FAQ: Does Megaspin sell Japan-made Butterfly blades?

Some Butterfly blades like Korbel and Grubba are produced in factories both in Europe and in Japan, so they exist in 2 variants. When a Japanese blade has a Europe-made version, we always carry the Japanese variant. Other blades like Butterfly Timo Boll Offensive are only made in China so we cannot carry a Japanese variant of these blades.

FAQ: Do Butterfly blades come pre-sealed?

All Butterfly blades come pre-sealed from the factory. There is no need to add blade sealing but you may if you require additional protection.

Reviews of Butterfly Diode V (10)

Just passing from the TB7 to this Diode V. Using FL3 and tackifire on FH. Im really impressed , I was using FL3 before on the TB7.

This blade is heavier but I feel the 5 ply makes it more flexible. I had amazing result with BH drive on LP side. Couldnt attack like that before. It also has a really satisfying wood resonance when hitting top spin drives. I think using FL2 is also better with my style. Overall I think it was a great upgrade for me compared my previous setup. I think its a bit heavier than TB7 which had a really light and great handling. Too early to speak much but I think the blade and rubber combination will be an enhancement to my game.

quite excellent control, but also with the perfect amount of speed to counter-attack. If you are a modern defender this is a great blade for you and paired with grass d.tecs it will created a fast high reversal ball when chopping which make it difficult for your opponents

very good balanced blade. not fast, not slow. Using Tenergy on forehand will make your chops flawless and give a lot opportunities to attack without compromising. I love it. I play with Ilius S 1.1 mm on backhand and it works also well.

Been using this paddle for about 6 months now, I was using the Koji Matsushita (Regular) and It was a great paddle but I needed more power in my game and I just said why not.

I know it's not the original JSH but it's just the tune down version, I have it paired with Victas double extra(Full) & curlPa3 0.6 you can build it however you want but it was a big jump in my offense and chopping/defence.

I highly recommend it to anyone in a faster defense style paddle outside of spending $200+ for a JSH original.
