Butterfly Rubber Sheets

Butterfly rubbers have been dominating the market for competition-grade rubber sheets for many years. They have consistently been the preferred choice for professionals. Over half the rubber sheets used in the most recent editions of the World Championships are Butterfly rubber sheets.

In October 2025, Butterfly launched Zyre 03, and it became an instant best-seller. Zyre 03 adds a modern, high-performance option to the lineup, designed for players who want explosive speed and heavy spin with the confidence to attack from close to mid-distance.

Butterfly’s Tenergy series was the most popular rubber series on the market in the 2010s, with Tenergy 05 being the standout sheet. The Dignics series has proven to be a leading choice in the 2020s, and the arrival of Zyre 03 further strengthens Butterfly’s range for advanced competitors.

Butterfly rubbers can also be paired with recreational blades for players looking to take their game to the next level.

Butterfly offers a wide array of table tennis rubbers for all styles of play, including attacking, defensive, and all-around, for players who like to smash or loop. Each rubber includes quantified levels of speed, spin, and hardness so players can confidently choose the right sheet.

Butterfly’s Dignics series (released mid-2019 to early-2020) uses Spring Sponge X technology, an advanced version of Tenergy’s Spring Sponge with greater elasticity that provides a feeling of holding the ball at impact. Tenergy 05 Hard (released in 2018) is a version of Tenergy 05 with a harder sponge. The more affordable Rozena became an instant best-seller when it launched in 2017 due to its excellent price-to-performance ratio. Zyre 03 (released October 2025) quickly joined this list of favorites and is our most requested Butterfly rubber.
