As an experienced player who has used many disruptive short pips (such as Spinlord Keiler and Dr. Neubauer Killer Extreme), I tested it and here are my thoughts.
The feeling of the rubber is firm, but not too hard. It gives a solid contact without feeling dead. The rubber is slightly heavier than others like Keiler or Killer Extreme, which may give more stability but could affect balance on lighter blades.
In terms of disruption, this is where the Bugller stands out. It produces many knuckle balls, especially on passive blocks and simple hits. Opponents often misread the spin or lack of it, resulting in balls going into the net. It's a very frustrating rubber for your opponent, especially if they rely on reading spin.
The Bugller is also very insensitive to incoming spin, which makes it excellent for serve return, blocking, and punch shots. It performs very well in blockingboth passive and activewith a low trajectory that stays flat. The rubber is fast but not overly so. Its easy to control and doesnt fly off the blade, which helps keep the ball on the table consistently.
It is more disruptive than Moristo SP, Spectol S2/S3, and Challenger Attack.
Heavier and slightly more demanding than Keiler or Killer Extreme.
More stable and reliable than Killer Extreme, especially in control and consistency.
Less explosive than Moristo SP or Waran, but more effective in creating difficult returns.
This rubber is ideal for players who play close to the table, use blocks and quick hits, and want to break rhythm and frustrate opponents. It is not for players looking for a fast, spinny short pips rubber, or for beginners new to disruptive pips. Its also not the best choice if you're looking for a very lightweight setup.
In short, the Butterfly Bugller delivers what it promises: great disruption, easy control, and a lot of knuckle ball effects. Its a strong option for experienced short pips users looking for a disruptive weapon thats stable and effective.

This rubber is listed as a short pimple type rubber, but when I tried it, I concluded that it has characteristics similar to a medium pips because of the hitting effect. Compared to Impartial xs, the ball has a more sinking effect and the ball has less spin. The ball's trajectory when hit is more suitable for smashing than topspin. It is suitable for hitting flat, block, and counter quickly, easy to control the ball and create pressure in opening the game quickly, but not suitable for long rallies.
