Excellent all-around blade, I rate this as an All Around +. It's a good blocker and defensive blade. Large, thin, head. Lightweight and good vibration/feel. You can loop with it, it is unforgiving if your strokes are too short or not full strokes. Because of the light and big head, you have to stroke through your loops. But when you do, the loops are spinny and have drive. Very good for high quality loops, good for defensive all around play, and some offensive play. It meets the modern defensive player needs, a balance of strong defensive play and offensive play when wanted. I have this blade mated with the very elastic Vega Europe rubber sheets and it is a good combination.
Amazing and my favorite all+ blade, in think best all round blade. Light 79 g, high quality, very comfortable handle, very versatile. There is some flex, but not like stiga OC or AC. Speed is less than Off s, all+ it is real rank. Blade play good on FH with Vega Asia, Asia df, Vega intro, but also very good play with Vega Pro 2.0, looping is great, very good feel, and adequate speed. On BH FH-p1.9 very good. Exelent blade Xiom!
Playing this bat for a few weeks now. I play mostly loops, blocks and counter. Would rate it as All+, very light (82g), versatile, has an medium high throw angle and because of its flexibility great for looping. Got the straight handle which is quite big and I like that. I think it suits all kind of rubbers so it will grow with you as you improve your skills. I play it with Hexer Duro vh/bh which for me is a great combination. Good value for the price.
Good classic style blade with multiple gears. Using a softer and pliable rubber sheet it has good feedback in the short game chops and touches. It's more than capable with loops, driving loops, and deep chops/slices. It's right there with other good 5-play blades. The handle is comfortable and easy to transition from services to an active grip. Combined with XIOM Vega Euro Max you can get some good dwell time if you have the wrist action/follow through. If you want more speed try I'd think it would go well with the Vega Euro IV Pro rubber. Coming from a beat up Killerspin Kido 5A with Stiga Carbo Max, it's a solid replacement.
