Creative synergy of wood and composite material. Zephylium in new construction makes Hayabusa Zi feel natural but sharper than all wood blade. Leveraged spin loading and increased ball energy (commonly noted as 'heavy ball') are made by the unique construction inside. Flexible but solid contact with the ball to generate heavy spins identifies Zi as the new European power-blade. New paradigm defines Hayabusa optimizing controversial properties to make the unprecedented table tennis weapon.

Super control!

For me it's perfect blade. You can use every kind of rubber with it and it will be great!

Slower than ZXI, but much better when it comes to control

(updated 1.11.2015:
Still using this blade, but it requires fast rubbers to compensate low speed of this blade.)

My blade weights only 80g - so the weight-sense do not help in strokes.
The whole blade area works quite similarily just like in Andro's zylon blade. Feels like a whole-wood-blade in topspin. It is noticeably slower than Hayabusa ZX, but the ball control feels similarily good.

I like thick rubbers and this lightweight blade is working very well with thick Xiom Sigma rubbers. This blade requires much faster rubbers compared to my second favorite blades Tibhar Stratus powerwood and Andro zylon kinetic.
