It is a very good rubber for beginners! I tried it on the TTSPORT ALL+ blade and it was amazing! Not really fast, easy to chop, in short game it is a Chinese rubber with less spin. Really easy to loop, yeah, shots are not super fast but if you have a good blade it isn't a problem. Not spinny. Your shots are easy to block. But THE CONTROL. It is really impressive! All my shots were successful.
Also good for all-round players who like to loop, chop and block. Recommend it 100%
