The essence is the combination of Spring Sponge X, the advanced version of Spring Sponge which has more elasticity; the uniquely composed top sheet, with strengthened abrasion, proves great resistance on the surface, providing the feeling of holding the ball at impact.
This is even more true with the newest addition to Butterfly's Dignics line, Dignics 09C. Compatible friction and a high level bounce is realised thanks to the synergy effect between the original top sheet and a rather hard Spring Sponge X (a little harder than Tenergy 05 Hard), to bring out the features of a friction rubber while upgrading the High Tension effect. The pimples code No. 209 delivers topspin and defensive play with high amount of spin as well as ease of over-the-table techniques and counter topspin. Dignics 09C, with the upgraded friction High Tension features, guides a player who expects the unique feeling of a friction rubber to new heights. Dignics 09C, Overpowering Evolution.

High trajectory but can be adjusted to low trajectory, just find the right angle. Much faster and controllable than rakza z. Just minor adjustment on its first use. It just absorb the ball rotation if you are not sure on its spin direction from your opponent. Rakza z last 6 months, hopefully this last longer. With harimoto super alc. just point and shoot.

Most of the technical abilities this rubbers is allready written a couple of dozen times allready here. Also have to agree that the price is very very high for a single rubber while due to its medium tacky surface it has only an average durability in my opinion (still more durability then similar rubbers i have tried). Even if you thread it the right way and play 2 times a week it will only last 6 months at tops. For average amateur players thats the average time a rubber needs to get replaced. But for me those are the only downsides this rubber has for me. I really like this rubber even as an amateur. It all depends on your style of play and if you like medium hard to hard rubbers. Like most medium hard to hard rubber you need to activate the sponge to get the max out of it. Blocking, placement ( oh the placement is heaven) and topspin over topspin makes this rubber excel. The short game needs some adjusment for most, but for me it felt natural coming from medium hard/hard rubbers. Due to the tackiness you can make loop topspins, pushes with alot backspin and serves very easily with a lot of spin. Although when the rubber wears you will first notice this on these strokes cause players will hit more easily through those strokes. Due to the many gears the rubber offers you can play the short game at the table and half way or far away from the table. I played this rubber on the backhand and now on the forehand. Playing wise the only adjustment i needed to make was on my forehand smash a bit. Due to the tackiness the ball sticks a fraction of a second longer then other non tacky rubbers which led to some overshooting smashes in the beginning. If money is no issue then i would recommend this rubber to give it a try.

Out of the rubbers that I had used, this is the best rubber by far. Am currently using for Forehand, where I had improved my topspin drastically. Currently am using Dignics 05 on my backhand, but thinking to replace backhand as well with 09C, as with the tackiness of 09C, it absorbs some amount of error in the stokes as well.

Personally I did not like Dignics 09C but I definitely see the appeal. It has a very high throw angle and isn't the quickest rubber which is not my style at all (I use T05H on BH and Zyre on FH).
