Can't tell you too much about all the specs, but as amateur player I can say that this blade is awesome for me.
I've used it with Yinhe Mercury 2 soft/medium and it's insane. Im not working with coach and I have a lot of problems in my technique, but with this setup on my first session I was able to put consistent chops on table and do topspin against backspin. This setup is not too fast, but it's good enough for me, as Im trying to put more aimed balls on table rather than hit hard.

Surprisingly good for the price, it offers excellent control and decent speed. I got it for a friend who was looking for something economical and balanced. It is incredible to learn technique and even improve it.
He is currently using it with a used dignics05 for that a friend gifted him for FH and a Juic 999 Elite for BH. Bizzare but efficent set up

Insane cheap blade. Perfect to have as a reservracket. You can have which kind of rubbers you want glued on it. I have Nittaku Fastarc G1 fh, Tibhar 1Q XD installed, and i am amazed by the spin i can produce. Anyone can play with it. It is a Allround++, but nevermind that. It is a Offensive-. DHS has a tendency to write different speed than the japs and euros. A must try. At the table in the basement, or in a league in middle somewhere.
Outstanding blade for its price. Bught like 10 oieces of this at TT11 for my friends!
