I started to play with Butterfly since 2008 (before I used Yasaka and stiga blades)
In the past I have used:
- Timo Boll Spirit alc
- Butterfly Innerforce ZLC (yellow) for many years until last year
- I used the Harimoto Super ALC and I will use it until my retirement. Fell in love...
The feeling, the speed, consistency and the accuracy of the blade and how it deals with the plastic ball is something I have not seen in any blade.
I use it with Tenergy 19 and Dignics 09c.
I am buying a replacwment in case something happens to it close to a turney.

FAQ: Does Megaspin sell Japan-made Butterfly blades?
Some Butterfly blades like Korbel and Grubba are produced in factories both in Europe and in Japan, so they exist in 2 variants. When a Japanese blade has a Europe-made version, we always carry the Japanese variant. Other blades like Butterfly Timo Boll Offensive are only made in China so we cannot carry a Japanese variant of these blades.
FAQ: Do Butterfly blades come pre-sealed?
All Butterfly blades come pre-sealed from the factory. There is no need to add blade sealing but you may if you require additional protection.

Exceptional blade, after having tested over 50 different blades among which harimoto alc, harimoto zlc, timo boll zlc, viscaria alc, nittaku acoustic carbon inner, etc., I will definitely keep using it as it checks nearly all the boxes for an allround offensive player.
Didn't liked it from the beginning, mine was 84g, feels too bipolar for my taste, it's harder than the standart Harimoto ALC (wich was 94g) had much better feeling and linearity for me.
Harimoto SALC has more power, but the arc is not great, the feel is too muted, and lacks linearity, sometimes bounces too much, other not enough, Super ALC is just not for me, but i know some people that like it a lot. Like on most blades, it's a matter of personal taste.

Great blade! This blade has very good control which I was surprised by and still delivers great power and spin. Works good in passive shots and gives plenty of power from away table when you activate the carbon. New favorite butterfly blade so far!
