The rubber surface of the MX-P 50 HARD version is identical to the rubber surface of the already familiar MX-P (47.5) which is famous for its incredible grip and extraordinarily high spin. Professional players have already had this high-performance harder sponge available to them and with the new generation of plastic balls setting in, this rubber is now available to all players. Professional players have had the choice between fine-pored and large-pored sponges. The original MX-P (47.5.) is large-pored but the fine-pored variation, MX-P 50 HARD is now available. This fine-pored version plays noticeably different with an increased forward and direct trajectory and speed.Save

PRO-TENSION rubber surface is grippy and rich in spin, with perfect elasticity and stability.

RED POWER SPONGE is bright red, open porous, and spectacular. Adapts perfectly to the situation.

Reviews of Tibhar Evolution MX-P 50 (10)

Best rubbers I ever use. I was always look for the fastest rubbers and I thought thats gonna decrease my control, but that is not situation whit this rubber

I use on my FH. I see so many reviews of people saying this rubber have no much spin, but is completely wrong, in my fh topspin i constantly brush the ball, focus on spin and hit hard while brushing. If DHS Hurricane 3 spin is 10/10, I will say this rubber is a 8/10, because its not tacky like Hurricane. I play offensive medium court distance, this rubber helps me a lot, is speedy and have strong catapult effect. On the first use is difficult to control but with time you will like. This rubber really help me when i have to just pass the ball/lob. I think will be much speedy if you use a fast carbon blade. Final considerations: If you brush the ball and not just hit, you will have a nice offensive rubber for fh, playing a medium distance court.

Great modern day sponge and rubber that offers power, speed, control, and all in between.

Using an inner-fiber blade with Evolution MX-P 50 (Max) on my backhand side and Bluestorm Z1 TURBO (Max) on my forehand side. Very nice rubbers with a low to medium arc. Controllable speed with very nice spin and good feel. Not as hard as one might think with awesome touch for ball placement. Blocking comes easy. The Tibhar Evolution rubbers along with the Donic Bluestorm rubbers are right up there with the best rubbers for today's modern game as long as proper technique is practiced and then used in game play. For today's modern game it seems heavier blade weight and harder sponge rubbers are playing a big integral part of the game now. I also think very high of the Evolution MX-S (Max) rubber on both sides of my inner-fiber blade (GREAT RUBBER).

Great rubber! High speed, high spin and good control. Good for looping and blocking. Not so hard as many think it is, just perfect with good feel.

Always liked the original MX-P and the MX-P 50 is faster ,harder to control.I do not think you can play without boosting unless your rating is well over 2000.I had it glued on All around rated Firewall Plus and is fast.I boosted it again I will glue it this time on my C-PenDarker 7 p-2A.7t.IMO MXP-50 loss some feel compared to the original.I will give it a try and will update if necessary.

I feel the obligation to leave a review of this rubber since so many of you are playing with the regular version of the MX-P and not that many with this in my opinion superior harder sponge version. First I will start telling you that this rubber it plays much better if it is lightly boosted using Falco Tempo booster. It will take the sponge to the right hardness not making it bouncy at all. I will get higher spin and lower ball trajectory than with the regular MX-P. Speed will stay about the same maybe a bit slower in the short game. I feel this rubber boosted it has more gears than the regular version as well. The sponge it looks like is not the tensor type like the regular MX-P so maybe this is the reason why it plays better boosted. The regular version is more porous. The 50 deg version is close to the Chinese orange sponge hurricane 3 with a bit larger pores. Do not try to boost the regular version, I tried and it will become bouncy and hard to control. Please don't blame me if your experience is different than mine keep in mind I'm using blades with softer limba outer play with longer dwell time than most of the popular butterfly blades. Forehand is more direct and have more feel than the normal MXP which I also liked a lot (control is excellent and hits/blocks are solid.) Loops are lower and therefore give opposing player less time to react. Speed is just a tad faster. Spin is greater as I gave heavy chop serves to several 2000-2200 players which they return into the net more than a few times (they normally return it ok with regular MXP). Chops/pushes seems to be quite stable as well. BTW, sponge is harder so it takes more to crank it up. Nice upgrade!
