Some Butterfly blades like Korbel and Grubba are produced in factories both in Europe and in Japan, so they exist in 2 variants. When a Japanese blade has a Europe-made version, we always carry the Japanese variant. Other blades like Butterfly Timo Boll Offensive are only made in China so we cannot carry a Japanese variant of these blades.

All Butterfly blades come pre-sealed from the factory. There is no need to add blade sealing but you may if you require additional protection.

This is an okay blade from Butterfly. It has a good speed with a relatively poor amount of control. Maybe my technique is the suspect, but I feel this blade hasn't got that much of a feel and is rather responsive to incoming spin. I mean, it is harder to handle the incoming spin with this than with a more flexible blade. Unforunately, didn't suited my playing style. It works well with Tenergy rubbers whatsoever. Not for beginners.
It is a bit heavy, which requires you a bigger and faster swing with your arm to give it a considerable speed and spin. Also, it breaks easily, so you have to be careful when playing close to the table.

I got the latest version of this blade.Now known as SK7 Classic with Korbel removed.Basically is very same blade.Classic 7 plye Limba outer.It is a good offensive all wood like so many others in similar construction.Like so many others it will always be compared to Clipper.It is good but you feel a little bit vibrations and also a bit hollow.A good Clipper alternative,costing about US$20 more vs a Stiga Clipper
My first professional blade, I am not a professional but I have been training for 7 years, I used this paddle for 5 or 6 years and recently changed to a Stiga ALL Evolution (and then, back to Korbel SK7), there I could understand why it is so important to feel the ball. The Korbel Sk7 does not allow me to feel the ball because it does not vibrate, but beyond that - which I consider to be a defect - it is very pleasant to play with it, it gives me good speed and with Hurricane 3 NEO rubbers all my balls enter the table with great spin.
outer Limba ply, all inner Abachi ply. Those all soft wood, good flex for top spin, but its 7-plies thickness 6.8mm give some stiff and fast speed nearly carbon blade accept its vibration feel woody. it is good balance between speed and soft touch feeling.

Korbel SK7 is a 7-ply wooden blade with no carbon ,a bit on the heavy side for some players (mine is 98gr). Its weight however, is distributed in such a way that feels very balanced and manageable during play. Although Butterfly characterizes as "stiff", actually it's medium stiff that suits a variety of players even those that use often topspin forehand loops.
One of its greatest advantages, is that it has no vibration at all.

This blade is very slow. You have to put too much effort into shots to get any noticeable power. Blocks on the backhand are good, forehand loops are not very fast.
This blade is heavy to my liking. Great control, blocking is very good, loops really well. Back hand loops need more practice to get it right.
Handle is a bit thin and I wish it is a bit thicker.. Overall great all wood blade and highly recommended for all round intermediate attackers.

This, rigid, soft and slow. A poor replacement for a Butterfly clipper wannabe. The sad thin is that is costs more money and does not exceed it in anyway.
its a good blade for long hours of play becouse of its consistency but its quite slow in critical hours (long rallyes AWAY from the table) anyway its a very good blade for an all wood one
Very nice blade. Little faster than Korbel but has a soft feel, which is perfect for my liking. Very good spin from my setup (2x T05) and still enough rigidity for hitting high balls consistently. I think this is the perfect wood blade but it may be too heavy for some. Mine is 95 grams but for me it is no trouble. It is soft, but fast, and has good feeling and enough rigidity to hit balls.

A little on the heavy side but very well balance. I used this blade with Tenergy 05 FH and Yasaka Mark V BH. It's a great setup for speed, control, and loop. Good for intermediate and up but not beginners because they'll hit everything out with the Tenergy.
The korbel sk7 is a very well balanced blade. Because the weight is concentrated on the handle, any set up (especially chinese rubbers) tend to feel lighter. Allaround play leaning towards Off can be easily achieved because of its high control. So controllable w/ a great balance between speed, the user can easily play a soft game or rev it up and attack with fast speed. Aside from its performance it is also a very nice looking blade. So nice even retailers increased their prices $7 more(orig: $63).
I really feel in control with this blade. My last blade was the timo boll tri carbon and I seemed to send the ball long more often. With this blade, I don't hit it quite as fast, but I have a substantial increase in control with it. I use the tackifire special soft rubber on backhand and sriver g2 fx on forehand. The ball coming off of the paddle sounds way different than the timo boll tri carbon. When I 4-5 feet off the table I seem to find the table at a high percentage compared with the timo boll tricarbon.
Nice blade from Butterfly. Stiff but soft touch for the ball. Great control for a 7ply blade. This blade shines in mid distant power exchanges. Heavy but in a good way with most of the weight in the handle so doesn't feel like a log. The handle design is very nice looking and pro grade. A great blade from Butterfly.
