Tenergy 05 Hard has adopted a stiffer sponge to add further power to the original Tenergy 05 rubber.

While it still maintains the incredible ‘Spring Sponge’ feel, the hard sponge responds to a stronger impact enabling more power.

• Please use Free Chack II when you apply Tenergy to a blade.
• Tenergy is a highly delicate product. We recommend you protect the rubber surface with rubber protective film after a match or practice.
• Tenergy Family Rubbers, realize your more!

Completely unique rubber - low throw angle and high speed means every shot feels like a bullet, but you can still loop and get a high arc if you get a good brush. Isn't incredible for serves as it has a short dwell time. Be careful when pushing as it is very brittle so will break easily if you hit the table.

As good as the thinker rubber

glue a 1,9mm one on a willow blade like defence @or yanagi 5 for instance and ou will have the perfect FH rubber for a modern defence play. The rubber is spinny and fast and it suited perfectly with willow wood. Take rather the 1,9mm thick one for a better control but..enough speed. With a half long or long pimple rubber on the backhand, it will be perfect for killing the point when you have the opportunity to do it. Very good for opening and kill shots. Acceptable for chopping but...when you have the ball coming in your FH, kill it if you are in position to do it. To me the best FH rubber from BTY since the plastic ball.

I've already used the T05 and today I use the T05 Hard on my forehand (back I still keep the T05), and it will depend a lot on what you're looking for, I'll tell you my impression of it compared to the T05:
As it is much harder than T05, this leads to several differences -> Much lower arch, really. It's more difficult to give topspin on a dug ball, blocking needs to be more active (if you just leave the racket the ball will fall), control increases (I have the impression that the T05 sometimes jumped too much, put too much ball out), and finally , it doesn't forgive mistakes in movement, with it there is no need to try to turn the ball while standing or in any other way, it really demands a lot from you, which for me is good because it encourages me to always be at the base, being a way of forcing learn. Although in general it is more difficult to use than the T05, the T05H when used correctly surpasses the T05 easily in terms of effect and speed.
All these changes were positive for me because of my style and my particularities. I use a wood that already raises the ball a little higher, which is Fan Zhendong ALC, so it fit perfectly because now I feel more confident in releasing my arm, it was very strange having to keep dosing myself with the T05, it didn't have the same consistency as I have it now, but of course, more effort is needed.

2.1 on the forehand of 90 gram Viscaria. Works best when used close to the table. No need to boost. Very nice short game. It creates very heavy spin short serves. It can flat hit easily, and blocks topspin quite well. I like it best for fast looping against light topspins, and topspin blocks: just close your paddle angle and go through the ball at the top of the bounce.
