Our notes: This is a very light balsa carbon blade. It weighs around 63 grams which is even lighter than most balsa carbon blades. This is a slow blade despite being a carbon blade. The speed of this blade is more or less at OFF- level. The amount of control that it has is good enough for beginners despite being a carbon blade. The blade also has a very good feel with some softness on ball impact. It was specially designed for the European market. A fast, extremely lightweight allround blade made of a combination of balsa and carbon.
The Feather Carbon is of extremely high quality. The handle rests exceptionally well in the hand and will make you want to try it out immediately. The blade’s weight is very well-distributed, so it is not top-heavy. We weighed several of the Feather Carbon blades – all of them had a weight of well below 80g.
This veneer composition will make any allround player’s dreams come true. The blade is highly dynamic and offers considerable power, characteristics desired by many players. Nevertheless, the Feather Carbon provides great control and, thanks to the hinoki outer veneers, enormous spin potential.
The Feather Carbon is ideal for offensive allround players and variable attackers seeking a dynamic yet controlled allround blade that enables all of the stroke techniques found in modern table tennis.

Reviews of Sanwei Feather Carbon (4)
Das Feather Carbon ist ein schnelles Allroundholz. Gerade im Block-und Topspinspiel ist es kontrolliert. Auerdem ist es sehr leicht und gut verarbeitet. Das Preis-Leistung Verhltnis ist echt top!
I used to play with the Yinhe/Galaxy T-6. Then I found the Sanwei HC.5s. My game improved quite a bit, because I had more control of what I was doing. The Feather Carbon has helped me progress even more. You can get blades between 73-75g. The Feather Carbon is not as linear as the T-6, which is good for me. Blocking is easier, the ball falls back onto the table sooner, which, I think, is because of the balsa core. But then again, when you loop or even smash, you can still get crazy power loops and smashes. It is desribed as an ALL+ blade, but I think it is not, it is rather OFF-. So far, with this blade, I have been able to do with ball what I want to, more so than with other blades. This stays! Highly recommended.
