Good thickness. The adhesive lasts a long time, at least 1 year and I play 16 hours a week.

Too thin, loses stickiness. Just use a non-sticky rubber protector and you'll be fine.

It seemes to be keeping the rubber clean on both sides. I cut out the sheets to fit the rubber. But the sheets can be lost easily if they slip out of the case unnoticed. It is a good way to keep rubber clean between plays.

Too expensive for a rectangular sheet that has to be cut by hand and creases when taking it on and off the racket.
