The tacky/sticky top sheet made in China is combined with a dense hard, high-quality, high elasticity sponge made in Japan.
Also includes Nittaku's active charge (AC) technology which improves speed performance.
Compared to the Nittaku Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Orange, this rubber has a harder sponge and gives extra power.
Due to the dark blue sponge, Turbo Blue is only available in black. Turbo Orange is available in both red and black.

Compared to Victas TDE , is slower and require more physical strength but rotation in serve are awesome , control is higher but demand more physical strength than Victas TDE because the topsheet is harder than Triple double Extra. This product is oriented to professional player with explosive rotation.
I used Donic J1 that is much much faster than this sponge , but generaly I lost points because I rise the ball after competitor serve. With this sponge I have much more control , but rising downspill ball is very difficult and very physicial demanding.
Nittaku Hurricane pro 3 Turbo is as the name says is most definitely a Pro level rubber. Yes it's heavy, but if you have played H3 for a while, this is clearly the easiest and best to play with. Clear difference between this and provincial blue.
