I have serious doubts that most people adjust their grip for FH and BH, not only does this slow you down, it also opens the possibility of being "trapped" when the ball is played to your elbow. I'm sure any decent coach who is guiding you through stroke development would STRONGLY discourage changing grips constantly for FH anf BH.
