Hi,

I'm a hand shake player and I tell you, there is no change in a way you grip the racket. I do know that the angle of the racket will change depending on what you want to do with the ball. For instance, if you want to drive or loop the ball, naturally the angle of the racket will be closed rather than open. This may help, you need to be able to judge how much spin you are receiving also I think you need to practice hitting with your back hand consistently, then switching to your forehand. Take care.
