you yorself said that slower carbon blades dont make sence, but from your point of view - need for speed only-
but slow carbons egsist so apparently "need for speed" is NOT the only reason. Have you ever play with some slow carbon - I have 3 of them : vsg4000, waldner senso carbon and gruba carbon.
no wood blade is the same, two carbons are much more similar then two wood blades of the same type.
So one more reason is consistency.
Another obvious reason is big sweet spot.
third, someone like it thin and carbons are much thiner then wood blades...
eventuali lighter also...you should try some balsa carbon or gruba carbon...
dwell time is big minus, but maybe the only one!
