First time I use rhia non Butterfly racket because I was going to get the Rhyzm-P for my Timo Boll Spirit but bought this racket set due to good price. Well, it turns out to be a disappointment for me. I am a trained player so I have my strokes even as a senior. But this racket wood just feels light and cheap vs my Timo Boll. The feel is more wood whereas the Timo Boll is more rubber and soft when the ball sinks in. So my strokes are kind of messed up when I play and the guys in the club are strong and good. I also feel because the wood was light, there is not enough power to hit harder. So when it is time, I will rip off the rubber and put it on my Timo Boll. I learn a lesson: Butterfly rackets are expensive for a reason. Don't try to get something else.
Out of the box a super fast combo with very little dwell time and spin but after 7-8 sessions, it settled into an awesome combo with good control, speed and spin. BH flicks are fun to execute and you can feel the ball roll on the rubber. FH loops and counters are amazing. Defense is the best part, keep the racquet at the right angle and the ball goes back faster than it arrives surprising the opponents. Overall a wonderful combination that will help in improving the game and taking it to the next level.
This Joola combo is super fast and powerful for skilled players. Saying that this racket is fast is an understatement; it's a freaking NASCAR! I honestly did not expect it to be this good. WARNING: It is an advanced racket, meaning that if you have not learned how to perform the required motions and do not know how to hit high quality shots, then this combo is not for you and you will struggle. Personally, I love this blade because it has lower safety net compared to the Butterfly Bryce Speed safety. Making the transition to this racket forces me to play the correct motion, timing and really understand the concept behind high quality shots. If you half-a** the motion or arrive too late to the ball, you will most likely miss it BUT that is how you get better!
Really good blade with really good control and spin. I found consistency on my Bach hand.
