It’s my first DHS runner after years playing Japanese and German rubber and I must say that I’m very impressed. I play as a modern defender and this is what I use on my FH for counterattacking.
This rubber has gears where if you play slowly with control, it feels like a defensive tacky rubber but if you start attacking aggressively, it turns into an attacking rubber.
I’m certain that it would be suitable for any attacking or defensive styles in the right thickness. I use it at 2.0mm for my defensive setup which allows me to also chop on the FH on occasion when I defend.

The highest grade of Hurricane 3 Neo, supplied to Chinese national team players, in the blue sponge version.
The blue sponge offers higher elasticity and deeper ball contact. Its design reduces the dependence on boosting: the rubber performs well unboosted, and better still after boosting.
The NEO version is pre-treated at the factory with an inorganic glue layer (NEO layer) that keeps the sponge's energy primed for about one month. Over time the rubber can feel harder and lose grip; boosting and oiling restores its performance.

Muted feeling. Like hitting the ball with a brick.
Excellent for short game, pushing low and close to the net.
An acquired taste - not for everyone. My arm gets too tired too quickly - this rubbers requires the full stroke with full swing.

I love this rubber. Fantastic spin and controlled cuts. If you use spin and cuts this rubber will play into your game. It is worth the extra money, believe me.

I've bought few of these at prott- it's fake or damaged, (I am not sure one or the other, but it plays different than the original one.) but I had some luck to buy one directly from DHS-absolutely different rubber!! MUCH faster, spinier, more consistent!!
At the prott they don't even come in a vacuum package lol. I am not sure how they fake the genuine number, but they do. Don't get me wrong, it isn't the worst rubber out there, just not even close to the one from DHS.
I have increased my rating 200 points roughly, just on the DHS genuine rubber replacement.
