This is pretty hard to use at first rather then a surgical knife but once you practice it, it cuts well.
The instructions say use the curve side on the outside, however for me i found best if you use the curve sise on the inside and do slow cuts with the tip of the scissors

Very sharp scissors. Maybe I need to improve on my cutting skill technique, but it doesn't give you a nice smooth cut around the blade.
I was using it incorrectly initially. Once I figured out how to use it, this is a very good tool and cut the rubber perfectly!
Not very sharp. I cut better with a small sharp scissors sold in a Chinese grocery store at 1/3 of the price.
