The most common mistakes I see people make when looping from both sides (especially underspin)
a) they rush the shots and make contact with the ball too early
b) they don't bend their knees, which gives you shots lots of vertical momentum, and c) they don't fully follow through with their arm and wrist, which affects forward momentum, plus gives you control over where the shots land.
