Any general tips on looping underspin balls? I'm particularly thinking about the long, low pushes I regularly see from the 1000-1300 level players at my local club. Right now I have trouble attacking these balls, so I usually just push back. I seem not to be able to judge the underspin accurately enough, so my attempted loops either go long or into the net.

The more advanced players at the club can spank long pushes with a vengeance. Is there a trick to it, or is it just a matter of practice?
