What does "racket covering" mean?As I understand the rubber and sponce.I don't see anyhing that refers to the topsheet only.For me that means that rubber tuners are not allowed.As tecnically even tacky rubbers would be banned.During manifacture of top sheets chemical surface treatments are used to enhance the stickness of the top sheets.No top sheets are made of pure rubber.They all involve some chemical rubber compound .So what? Rubber tuners don't have to leave a residue all they need to do is couse achemical reaction on the surface of the topsheet,similar to what is done in the manifacturing process.And also the ban may also be aimed of preventing de-frictioning of pips-treatment
