Well ,you can find detailed imformation in Denis table tennis world form.ITTF just explain this Ban but has not given details,so it is not clear.As I understood ITTF is against tuned ones because of the speed,they want table tennis to be played slower.Tacky rubbers are approved now,but in future we don't know,
Frictionless rubbers are ITTF approved now but after july it will change.What give tackiness to tacky rubbers?Of course some chemical mixtures,so...Don't forget sipinmax is a cleaner too.I am sure that some cleaners have some chemical or other mixtures.We will all see what will happen in the future.
