tABLE TENNİS RULES A new item is inserted under 2.4 Racket coverings are to be used as permitted by ITTF.Physical,chemical or other treatment of covering which affects game properties ,friction the appearance ,the color,structure influence ect.is inadmissible.The changes are to go into effect September 1,2008. This means that Joola tuning box,all bat cleaners,Hallmark friction liquit,all tacky rubbers,spinmax will be illegal.This ban aimed tunes/optimizers ect. AND FINALLY STOP WIPING YOUR RACKET ON YOUR SHIRT BETWEEN POINTS OR ELSE PRETTY SOON YOUR SHIRT WILL BE BANNED
