I purchased PowerPong Alpha+ about 2 years ago but it stopped working. I contacted their customer support for a help and shipped my robbot for a repair that was supposed to be covered by warranty. It came back to me without repair and the condition was worse than before. Not only they didn't fix the peoblem but they said they want to charge me for their shipping cost plus labor. Their customer support is horrible and their warranty retrally doesn't exist. He is deceitful and unethical.
