| Well Dave... getting the ball to bounce closer to you won't make it go over the net farther from the opponent. Do what cole said. You need to shovel under the ball and then pull your racket upwards towards you to create topspin, due to the motion that is almost pure friction, you don't get enough force to make it a long serve. |
