| well,it's a matter of touch really.try practicing that upward brushing motion so that the ball will just drop over the net, but i'm not encouraging you to practice this serve.this is just committing suicide plays,the ball for sure will return flat driven,flipped or looped.try to concentrate more on short underspin or a combination of these.it's better to give low sidespin serves on table sides rather than doing this topspin serves.however,you can give fast topspin serves as a surprise when the timing gives the opportunity.always remember that the object of your serve is for him not to return the ball, or as a set up for you for a drive. |
