If you were used to Chinese rubber before, get it again. They are typically much spinnier than any European or Japanese rubbers. I would suggest something like 729 Cream on MRS, (729 is the company name). You can probably stick with your current blade as the Chinese rubber is slower.
A really great Chinese rubber is 999 XuShaoFa LSZ. It is very spinny like Hurricane, but has a faster tension sponge. I like it a lot.
