No matter after what game, remember to stretch keeping one foot on your thigh tight against your body and leaning forward. And then the same for the other leg. You may do this on a chair, but keep stretching for at least 15 seconds each. The other exercise you can do is sit cross-legged with your back very straight for longer periods of time, and then relax and lean forward, both arms forward. Relatively the same kinds of stretches as the former without stretching the thigh muscles too much. |
