since you want to spend 100-150 usd, I would say get a classic 5-ply all wood blade made of limba/ayous. if you like butterfly, primorac or primorac2000, Avalox p500, which are softer or BTY Petr Korbel, for harder feeling blade.

get Sriver EL (1.9mm for backhand) and well I don't know about forehand (do you loop or smash? do you serve with bh or fh?), I am using H2 because I started out using cheap chinese rubber and now could not get used to the softer-elastic feel of euro/jap rubber on forehand and yes I smash/drive whenever I can.

this is what I started with after reading the recommendation by butterfly. good luck
