Yes you are right about the reversal of Dr Evil. The 563 is very good for reversal because you can get soft points by serving chop and then third ball firm push their push return. It gives either a free point when they push over the end or at the least a high ball to kill. I tried the OX of Dr Evil but as I said I am a pips out novice so I might revisit that after I get more control of the pips. Have you tried the 755 long pips top sheet rubber either OX or 1mm sponge? It might give a good block/hit combo while maintaing the deception factor. |
