The 563 is softer and generates a bit more spin especially on chop serves. The Dr Evil is definitely faster and more punchy on blocks.

It is easier to do a BH roll/topspin opening with the 563 and the 563 allows a slightly softer block with a little more drop on it. The Dr Evil I have has 1.5mm Magic Red sponge so maybe that is creating the extra speed and reducing the control a bit?

I am still learning to use pips out by in general the 563 is probably an easier rubber to return serve with but in time the Dr Evil might be better for close to the table blocking/hitting.
