Tactics are just a way of using their style of play to your advantage by hitting or spinning to their weakness. So if you try a few different shots at the start of the game to see what their weaknesses are. Give them forehands, backands and shots played at their body with either topspin, backspin. sidespin or no spin. Once you have discovered their weaknesses try and play occassionaly to them but not every shot! E.g. if they tend to try and get into topspin raley try and break this up by slowing down the play with a short backspin shot. Or if they tend to just block the ball back try and get all different types of spin on the ball so they don't no how to encounter those shots. Also throwing in the occasionall no spin serve can trick themm and they can pop it off the table. I hope this tactics will help you improve your game of table tennis. |
