This blade was left there and I tried it for training. Thibar Mk Hybrid as topsheet. Ohhh !
Catchy blade. Catchy rubber. Everything on the table. I try a backhand topspin. How can the throw be that high ? I try again. How can it be that safe ? What if I hit a forehand topspin across the diagonal ? Whoosh ...! Hirts this one. Ok. This combination with Thibar MK Hybrid is good. The blade is catchy, but where other blades would bend too much, this blade stores the energy and give it back in a controlled, on the table, way. Forehands do not fly away and obviously the rubber pulls in the same direction. This blade is ALL+ or OFF-. Not slow. Construction is unique. Koto-?-?-Balsa-?-?-Koto. Balsa makes it light and catchy. Koto adds speed. All in all, extremely interesting design and blade.
