1. Great price point. Make sure to use the ball credit to get the free/discounted balls.

2. Delivery time was reasonable. The product arrived as was projected.

3.The machine delivers as is expected. Built-in drills are quite intuitive and easy to use. If you don't want to make your own drills, just make use of the pre-programmed ones. Makes great practice not just for beginners but also for the more advanced players.

4.I especially love that you can use the Pongbot app to make your own custom and very detailed drills. The spin on the ball that the machine creates is insane. It can really simulate a wide variety of shots from light-to-no spin shots to very strong-spinny topspins, loops and defensive player-type underspins.
