I replaced my DHS Cloud&Fog 3 with this. First impressions good. It's slower than the CF3, but the rest of the physics are identical. It's very good for an attacking style of play. Due to the reduced speed, I sometimes started using defensive techniques. But attacking is more effective with this rubber. Let's see how long it takes for the pips to start falling off. It's good that the rubber is relatively inexpensive. The C8 is even slower than the C7.

It’s like a dumbed down version of long pips. Easier to use. Good for chops and blocks for me but not great for attacking. Not the best for those who want to learn basic technique of backhand.
I'll begin with chop, sometimes it has underspin, sometimes very little. Chopblock pretty good close to long pips. Activeblock very good. Passive block is where it excells, is so easy, even on high topsin. Drive is very good, pseudotopsin very low with little spin but doable. You could counter everything. It makes little difference beetwin ox and 1.0. I did not try 1.2mm. The best part is control and angle is low, so disturbing. Hope it will help someone.

First pips, and I'm really in love with c7, really good control, I can do many things and I can surprise other players, good chop (not excellent), really great block, and you can attack. Sorry for bad English. Tremendous poro (as they call it in Chile), serves for too many things, very versatile and you don't give up the attack, you can hit it without effect and a ball comes out similar to a viper, really good and recommended for those who want to try a long poro

Medium pip with stiff, hard and broad pips. Good for attacking, blocking and chopping, more versatile than 563 for those coming from short pips, but not very deceptive.
