Great around rubber. Plays well with any blade - all wood or carbon. I've tried on Butterfly Korbel (all wood 5 ply), DHS Long 5 (inner carbon), and Butterfly Viscaria (outer carbon). I liked it the most with Korbel because it compensates speed very nicely whilst still maintaining really good control - this combination is my go to at the moment for table tennis club I have at work because we play in tight spaces where away from the table game isn't possible and it's very easy to do fast loops in close to the table game because the arc is quite high yet short. For speed I give it a solid 9 - my benchmark for 10 is Stiga DNA Platinum H or XH and Stiga DNA Pro H is 9.5 for me. For control I give it a 9 - definitely the most controlled tensor I've tried, my 10 would be DHS Hurricane 8 and 8-80, and 9.5 DHS Hurricane 3 National and 729 battle 3. I rate spin also at 9 - my 10 pic is DHS Hurricane 3 National. This is seriously impressive tensor even though it's quite old at this point it does everything well and it's the only tensor I can actually play FH with effectively.

This rubber gives me a lot more confidence when I play, looping, blocking, etc. However, serve return is still a problem for me, probably due to my own skills.
I bought this for 20$ on aliexpress in max for both FH and BH. It feels VERY similar to Fastarc G1. So its a great ESN rubber.
But im tired of ESN rubbers..... I like hybrids or boosted chinese better
Try out triple boosted Loki GTX. Or the Yinhe Jupiter 3 Asia. Will give you more fun and nuance.

GA8 (50, red, BH) + Battle 3 (40, Black, FH) on a Yinhe V14 Pro.
UPDATED SPEED RATING (@3months): for backhand, it is still plenty fast (I wish it was faster still). On forehand, it is well behaved when pushed, but doesn't have the endless extension of Battle 3 (not surprisingly).
-----------
I was very comfortable with Battle 2 Prov Soft 37 on BH; very neutral, consistent throw angle over its speed range. I ordered GA8 for speed. Firstly, the throw angle of GA8 is slightly higher than B2P S37, but once you get used to it, it feels like an extension of your hand. Nice.
Spin quality is excellent due to high mechanical grip, but low-speed catapult means service and touches are faster vs tacky rubbers for the same spin. Thankfully, as ball speeds increase and the sponge engages, the catapult is NOT exaggerated, but responds linearly, which I like.
Spin sensitivity is quite manageable, though B3 is easier, and B2P Blue is better still.
Backhand drives/flicks off the bounce to be especially effective. However, if you take the ball as it drops, no problem; the slight increase in throw angle helps drive the ball on.
-----------
SUMMARY: GA8 50 obviously starts faster than B3 40, and as power is increased, their speeds start converging (limits TBD). Huge amounts of topspin on my backhand, though B3 has a lot more on FH for the same ball speed (not surprisingly). GA8 blocks well, is no more spin sensitive than you're all used to, and drives are very crisp and accurate. The higher pitch sound it makes is also addictive.
3 months later, I'm still very happy, and it's durability seems to be excellent.

I placed this rubber on galaxy pro v14 , hardness 47 , thickness max , for my level (amateur play) is too bouncy. In the backhand work sufficiently well in the forehand most of the ball go out , I have strong topspin stroke and I have to reduce the power drastically in order to center the table. For pushing and blocking near the table is wanderfull rubber , out of the table not fit my forehand style neither for topspin neither for backspin. When receiving strong smash from the distance is difficult to center the table . So practically is for offensive style only and fit European playing style for topspin . Update march 2024 I not use more this rubber I substituted with battle 3 friendship same speed but much much more control
A tipical tensor rubber with greath speed and spin but this time with a lot of control, very very easy to use. It can do it very well and easy. Its very durable too.
i used it for my drive too but, it has been my backhand rubber for a long time, it is my reference (replaced Razka 7), i tested a lot of rubbers but always return to Gold Arc 8 for my backhand.
Now there are a lot of new hibryd rubbers with a very diferents feelings if you compare them vs tensors, but, Gold Arc 8 will be always my reference.
My favourite tensor.

Has great control on H301 series blades. This has a controlled tensor feel (if that makes sense). Abnormal grip on ball it can lift ball quite well and produce great spin. I use as RPB rubber and it actually feels reliable. I feel the control works better on alc blades as it actually is a fast and spinning rubber.
This rubber is one of the best rubber i've ever use for FH. Very fast, high arc, good control. the sponge has high catapult effect, so very easy to make fast attack, yet still got enough control. I use this rubber on Sanwei 75 outter alc (very similar to Viscaria) and fit perfectly, with my attacking playstyle. Very recommended rubber!
47.5 max, consistent, fast, high control, good feeling, grip, spin, medium-high angle, excellent in all shots, the best FH rubber, also use it in 2.0 but I think it loses its extreme offensive characteristics, before T05, GA8 is better
Fast with not so good spin. The result is lack of control. Lifting backspin requires effort. Comparing with Andro rasanter R47: Rasanter has better control, better spin and better durability . Goldarc 8 is faster
Before deciding to buy it I had read many positive reviews from various sources so that it made me curious about the GA-8. On the first day of trying it on FH i glued the rubber (50 deg) on the viscaria with 3 coats of WBG and felt the performance is slightly better than my favorite rubber R47,G1,R7 due to the balance of speed and control . This rubber has excelent grip and although the sponge has a hardness of 50 deg it feels slighly harder than 47.5 deg. If you want more dwell time and control better choose 47.5 deg. When making 3rd ball attacks with slow loop or fast top spin the trajectory is medium/medium high. In short games and also the opponent's attack blocks I felt more confident to return and keep the ball on the table. SPEED: R50=MXP>GA8>T05=R47=G1>R42=R7. SPIN: T05>GA8=R42>R47>G1>R50=MXP>R7. CONTROL: GA8>R42>R47=G1>R7>MXP=R50>T05. Overall I gave it score 9.5. As for the durability I can't conclude because I've only been using it for a few days.

Qualities that rival dignics09c. I say this due to a Backhand to backhand rally I had with a player using that rubber. This rubber is amazingly fast, has great spin quality and blocking potential (which is my weakness using Rpb). Looping under spin brought unpredictable spin in so much my opponents struggled to return the ball. The only issue I had was that close to the table my attacks over shot the table. Away from the table mid or long this rubber excels. More spin definitely and probably equal speed or maybe more than the Bryce high speed. No tack..and feels soft..but still has spin and speed qualities of a $100+ butterfly rubber. I used in 50degree. Shouldve tried 47.5 degree first. Next time.
I have played two 50 and one 47.5 degrees. Needless to say, 50 is harder and the trajectory is a bit flatter. I like 47.5 better since a softer sponge gives me more time to spin. It excels in forehand mid-distance looping, where I can fully engage the sponge to get maximum speed and spin out of it. Quite stable in blocking. Need more attention in short play and close to table hits.
I have played tabletennis in almost 10 years, I am now 19 years old and have found my rubber. I have tried and changes rubbers on my forehand many times, because my evolution. This rubber is perfect for me now. I am a FH central player that use my FH lob and smash very much. I like to go around to play FH in my backhand and this rubber helps me get the spin or speed that i need to win the point. It is perfect for me when I have the serve or doing the returns. You can shop and play ballon bolls back from the table but also be aggresive in the front of the table.
+ spin/ speed depending on situation
+ serve
+ returns
+ you dont have to do so much, the rubber do it for you
- less control then other rubbers, take some months to build up control
- I have to replace the rubber 2-4 times a year- i play 3-4 times a week.
- hard to flipp with spin
TIP: Start with medium thickness and 47,5*
I play in Sweden, rerbo. Rank: 1411 p, class 4.
FH rubber: 2,1 and 50*
BH rubber: Butterfly Tenergy 05 FX 2,1
Blade: Galxy Venus V-14 (i will soon change to PRO)

Amazing rubbers, i'm playing with 47.5 with max 2.2 mm sponge. So much spin and control the same time. Catapult effect is very hight. The price is just perfect for proffesional rubbers. :)
Black, 47.5deg, max thickness, tested on Bty innerforce alc. This rubber is very fast, faster than R47, G1 & Super Ventus, slightly slower than MX-P. Good control & spin, med-hi throw angle. I like this rubber, easy to open up@lift up heavy backspin ball, easy to do fast topspin with minimum effort. Great rubber from DHS, made in Germany.
This rubber wants to go fast. It has an extremely bouncy feel and balls rocket off of it with blocks and smashes. Unlike other less manly rubbers, Gold Arc 8 doesn't waste time with high arcing loops, It has a fairly low and direct throw. You will absolutely blast people off the table with this rubber. It takes a very skilled hand to push or serve short, but makes up for it with blazing fast flicks and loops. This rubber is in its element in medium distance counter loop rallies. This is a rubber for only the most aggressive players looking to hit as fast as possible.
Goma muy consistente, medio duro, sonido Bonito, y economica. Es muy facil de acostumbrarse y vale la pena por el precio.
A well balanced rubber. It s easy to play. Not spin sensitive and perfect for passive and active blocking. It has a modern rubber, grip the ball very well. Backhand flip and backhand topspin can be very strong thanks to the grippy surface.
Greatest thing since sliced cheese!
It is amazing, very versatile rubber with a moderated reaction. It does exactly what you want.
RED MAX 50: 73g (uncut)

This was a bit too fast for my backhand. Feels good for forehand looping game. Not like the ordinary Chinese DHS Hurricane NEO rubbers though. No kick when brush looping, but good control. Weight cut, H47.5: 47g
I got this rubber today, and the first time i play with him i had that really strange feeling, but after 1 hour of playing it disapear and got realy good feeling.
This rubber have crazy spin and power, and i lot of control on every shot.

After trying it I can't think about changing it, it has the best of Chinese rubbers and European tension rubbers. Good speed and excellent control, medium angle, with excellent rotation.
Good for both beginners and professionals, I think version 47.5 is more controllable.

9.7/10 for OFF style. FH: DHS Gold Arc 8, 2.1mm, 53g (0.261g/cm^2), 50 degrees (ESN), 38.5 degrees (Shore A). BH: Donic Bluefire M1, 2.2mm, 50g (0.246g/cm^2), 47.5 degrees (ESN), 37.5 degrees (Shore A). Blade: TSP Balsa 8.5, 80g, 157mm x 150mm x 10.5mm (Width x Height x Thickness). Plies: 5 (3 Wood + 2 Composite): Ayous - GlassFibre - Balsa - GlassFibre - Ayous.
Hi All, happy to write my first review. Excellent rubber from DHS. An all round rubber which is suitable for all game style. Staying close to the table or mid distance or away from table. This rubber can do magic is push, loop and blocking. Happy to have this rubber and a must try.
DHS golden arc 8 , 47,5 red 2.1 ,most universal rubber, great in everything, very easy to play, similar to Tenergy 80
Just have a couple of sessions with this rubber 47.5 degree hardness on my backhand. I played with a Sword Blue Feather blade. I have to say that I am warming up to this rubber very much. I think that the strength of this rubber is in its control area. Blocking is a breeze and if you play close to the table and have to make a quick block if you are out of position, the ball will be blocked back with ease.
I played Tenergy 05 fx before and in comparison, GA8 is much easier to control. First off, GA8 is a lot firmer for the sponge. It feels like playing Xiom Vega Pro to some extents. So it is slower than T05 fx in passive block. But in active block, it is about the same or may be a tad faster. GA8 is very linear. So it is very predictable on your shots. Over the table flip or chiquita backhand flip is quite easy. The ball spins quite well. But you do have to put a bit effort to create the proper pace.
The rubber has no tackiness. But it is grippy enough to spin the ball well. Smashing the ball is quite easy. I do have to adjust my angle a bit to be more open than T05 fx due to the fact that this is a harder rubber. So you need to hit with a more direct way instead of the rolling style stroke when playing softer rubber like T05 fx.
Overall, this is a good rubber and a good start for DHS to start producing ESN rubbers for the European market. If you are a classic Chinese style player, this will make a good backhand rubber especially if you play close or medium distance from the table.
For long distance shots on BH, this will require some effort. But many rubbers out there will need that anyway. So this is not new for me.
I will stick with this rubber for a while and see if it stops my EJ itches...:)
09/09/2022: Update - after 3 years, I come full circle back to use this rubber for my FH play on Stiga Energy Wood. I have T05 on my BH with this. I like GA8 for service than T05. Very good combination of Speed/Spin/Control. Well Done DHS!

9.4 spin is misleading. This is a solid rubber for its price, but nowhere as spinny as other rubbers that are rated 9.4 here.
I love this rubber, I have been using it on my backhand for a little over 6 months now and it is great. This rubber is good for a backhand dominant player as myself, but if your backhand isn't as strong it is a very suitable forehand rubber as well. This is a very springy rubber and doesn't have a lot of dwell time, but it is still very good at generating spin. This rubber is definitely not for beginners.
Coming from Rasanter 47 and Xiom Omega 7 Pro, GoldArch 8 was non-grippy, bouncy, not that fast and with poor control. Update - I hated it on FH, but found to be an excellent BH rubber on Viscaria, in 47.5 hardness.
Bought second hand in 47.5 red max and glued to an old schildkrot blade so just a few thoughts: feels about medium hardness during play, but has a solid purchase/contact on the ball which improves confidence unless you don't hit very hard, in which case this is probably too fast for you. Fairly springy even on the slow blade. Arc is nice and predictable. Enjoy your TT!
Ratings for 2.1mm, 50 degree sponge. Very fast and spinny. There is a good chance your loops will not come back.
Great rubber espesially for looping and top spin play. This rubber suits the ones who play mostly at 2-3 feet from the table. Good dwell time when paired with flex blade, and it helps when near the table. I use it on BH with Stiga Off Classic. Once I use it on Donic Waldner Legend Carbon, but it's too fast for me with this set up. A great rubber....
I bought a red 47.5 max sheet for my back-end. I will compare with t05fx. Cons: Bouncy, short game needs adjustement to make short pushes. Completly non tacky wich paired with bounciness means less spinny serves. Pro: Every attack is a breeze. Banana flips are spinny, topspin attack easy, loop is great, smashes are powerfull. It has good speed, not as fast as t05fx, but more linear, easier to control on backhand, better for me. It has improved my game drastically, every short ball becomes a flip candidate with this rubber, making my game more aggressive. Great rubber all in all, i will try the 50 degree version too.
Update 1: Great rubber but the serve department really is behind other rubbers. If you ask me this is a great learning rubber if tenergy on backhand is too much for you. Blocks, drives, topspin loops, flips all are great and easy to improve on backhand with this rubber. Durability definitely better than tenergy, almost twice as much. With this on backhand and 05 on forehand i won my first tournament today. Really worth it.

My favorite to BH. Spin is easy, blocking as well. Good control not crazy fast. My blade is XIOM Zetro Quad, spare blade is BTY Timo Boll ALC.
XIOM Zetro with GA8 is a bit easier to me (than BTY TB ALC) and also provides better spin + throw angle.

0ne thing disturbed me. This Rubber shrinks bigtime if u test in different blades
Very fast and bouncy using the 47.5 version. Need good technique to control it. Using a blade that has good dwell time (inner fiber) and the ball still shoots out like a cannon. Good for a player who likes the speed aspect of the game. Will stick to my Tenergy 05-FX or Bluestorm Z3 for better control and spin.
Got this rubber in black, 50 hardness max thickness, 169mm x 170mm weighed in at 73.3g. At first when I tried it on a stiff blade, I couldn't control it very well. After transferring it to a Yasaka Sweden Extra, control improved a lot. Very linear mostly from low to medium high gears. Explosive catapult seems to take effect on more powerful shots. Good for looping as the soft topsheet is very grippy, not needing to engage the hard sponge that much. Kick effect is very easy to achieve using this rubber compared to others.
Incredible rubber that has it all. Easy to play with. Takes 20 min. to get used to, if you have played with tensors before. Top 10 in my book!
This is the best rubber I played. Speed, control, spin, all at a high level. The price is low for rubber. I used to play tenergy 05, Now GoldArc 8.

I have the Goldarc8 50* on my Nittaku Ludeack. It is a good offensive rubber I got GA8 50* because I boost all my rubbers and they are like 46/47* in ESN hardness scale after treating it withTempo Long booster.Very similar to Andro Powergrip(still The Favorite) but a bit less control/feel.Like other 50* rubbers made in Germany by ESN they are excellent ,similar yet with small differences that make you decide if it is right rubber for you.
In 40+ years of table tennis, every time I tried out new rubbers I ended up with Butterfly - until now. I'm using the Gold Arc 8 2.0mm with 47.5 hardness on a BTY Apolonia ZLC blade and it was my choice over the Tenergy series.
The GA8 is relatively slow in the passive game with fantastic spin and control. As soon as you play active the catapult effect releases an impressive power: A Tibhar MX-P is just slightly faster, but with less gears, spin and much less control. GA8 stays stable at harder shots not like a lot of too soft tensor rubbers that drop the power when hitting through the sponge. Surprisingly the sensitivity to spin is not too high and blocks are incredibly easy.
Meanwhile I use it on both sides of the racket.
Maybe the best ESN-made rubber ever and a must-try!
As said before: This is NOT a Chinese style rubber and it is made in Germany.

Version. Mdium 47,5 used with XVT zl hinoki
To hard for me 44 european degrees. Very fast more than banco ouragan 37, andro hexer powersponge. I can feel the bouncy effect of tensor like but less than european tensors. The rubber surface is Also not usual with no clear shiny nor mate surface. The grip is also special need chinease loop tecnik to give high spin to the ball. Not miracle rubber but for the price can replace a european tensor rubber

simply the best rubber. Has good control, power and fast spin. Good for chop as well.

Spin : g1 g8 = mx-s, difference trs lgre .
Bloc : mx-s > g8 > g1
Je continue essayer cette plaque qui semble trs quilibre dans ses forces.

Perfect rubber. I like it better than the 05. Better spin, speed and MUUUCHHHH more control.
Use it on BH, on Ma Long 5 and neo 3 on FH.
Second setup is:
DHS 301, GA8 on BH, T05 FH.
If T05 had better control-I could switch between them.
LOVE IT.

DHS 301, GA8 on BH, T05 FH.
If T05 had better control-I could switch between them.
LOVE IT.
First off, I'm a 5th Division level (of 7~8 divisions depending on region) player so take my review with a grain of salt. So far, I've played with many different rubbers but go-to rubber so far has been MX-P, Rasanter R47, and T05.
I'm on second sheet of "Gold Arc 8 max/50 degree" on my FH. The blade is Fangbo B2 (carbon). First sheet was un-boosted and it was a hard to get used to; quite bouncy. It's also heavy. Even my coach said it's heavy compared to R47 I had on before. It seems to be on par or slightly heavier than MX-P. My coach (former pro player) also tested the rubber and said it's a bit bouncy (he uses T05).
Unless you are a skilled player, 47.5 degree sponge version may be better all around when using it without booster oil.
Second sheet was boosted and made a world of difference. The difference was most noticeable among all the rubbers I've used. Looping was easy with a ton of top spin, smashes were clean and powerful, counters were a blast, and power drives were super fast and spinny with satisfyingly loud clicking sounds. Downside is that the booster only lasts about 3 weeks.
Un-boosted
- Fast but bouncy
- hard to control
Speed: GA8>MX-P>R47=T05
Spin: T05>=R47>MX-P>=GA8
Control: T05>R47>MX-P>>>>>>GA8
Boosted
- Fast, much better control, spinny
Speed: GA8>MX-P>R47=T05
Spin: T05>=R47>GA8>MX-P
Control: T05>GA8>R47>MX-P
or something along these lines.
GA8 being $33 from HK, compared to ~$36 for R47 and MX-P and ~$55 for T05 in my country, it is a winner. Also, considering T05's notoriously short life expectancy, R47's grippy but fast wearing top sheet, and MX-P's great but fast dwindling sponge, GA8 is a bargain and a hidden gem.
Conclusion: GA8 isn't exceptional in one aspect but great in all. For me, when boosted, it's a super offensive rubber that can do everything better than most.

Black Gold Arc 8 2.0mm on FH with hurricane Long 5 and yasaka Sweden extra. To fast for me on hurricane Long 5, however perfect on yasaka Sweden extra, some might want some more Speed. It reminds me of rakza 7 which Also is a great rubber. Everything is Good, try Gold arc
I'm coming from Xiom Omega V with Timo Boll ZLC and I really love this rubber. It's got tons of power and good grip. I can control the blocks very well. Placing the ball back at the exact same spot consistently. It's a slightly higher throw angle which I enjoy. Serving is about normal but still good. Where this rubber excels is away from table and looping hard. I have complete control and power when I want it. The ball feels like it explodes off the face but with spin. I can't say I've tried chopping with it because this is an offensive rubber. I really love this thing. I won't be switching any time soon.
The search for the perfect rubber has ended for me. It is DHS Goldarc 8 at 50 degrees Max thickness. What a rubber! Unbelievably good at everything, speed, control, spin, ball placement, serves, blocks... Name it and GA8 is there to fulfill your expectations. Not to mention it is very forgiving, very easy to use. The rubber has a medium soft touch (pressing it with fingers) but gives a medium hard feel during play. It is excellent when counter looping and extraordinary when opening topspins in underspin balls. By far the best FH rubber I have ever tried (altough I changed it to BH), and I have tried a lot: T05, H3 Neo, Rakza 7, Fastarc G1, Vega Asia, Vega Pro, Baracuda, Hexer HD... If there any negative point about this rubber I would say the price. It is expensive, compared to most of DHS rubbers, but not really a surprise for such good rubber.
This is an excellent control rubber. It is not nearly as fast as what it is rated at. Mind you it is not a slow rubber but not particularly fast. You can do everything well: pushes, spinny serves, flat hits, loops, both passive and active blocks. It lasts about 3 months. Just be sure to clean the top sheet at the end of the session.
have it on my Nittaku Acoustic-is a ballistic weapon. My loops are so fast, spinny, pin point accurate.Work of art.Better than Rakza 7 even Tenergy 05(....I can't use that rubber I feel....need better technique though).
Comparing to t05. Test with robot with consistance ball speed and test with multiball training with human. Have use it for 1 month. I like this rubber on the lower gear, easy to use, better click sound. I like t05 on the high gear, better speed and spin. For certain level player its not easy to maximize t05 potential because u need to make hard stroke to get the high spin. Ga8 is more forgiving and easy to make the spin on slow stroke. So sometime u will feel t05 is better and sometime u will feel ga8 is better. Its depend on your level and play style. That all and i wish good luck to everyone.
Fast rubber. Not for the faint of heart. For attacking players. Doesnt loop well. Counter attacks awesome and counter smashes even better. Doesnt play well with chinese style. More European style rubber. Acts a bit like a speedier Tenergy 05. Really bounces off the rubber fast and deep. Easy to hit long with slight shift in angles. Sensitive to incoming spin. Tested on a DHS power PG 12 Off++ paddle.
This is a seriously great FH rubber: its in the same league as Tenergy and MX-P. In the recent past I've used primarily Tenergy 05 or Tibhar Evo MX-P and Yasaka Rakza 7 for a good time prior so I will use them as my primary comparisons. I think my best comparison would be to describe Gold Arc 8 as a slightly faster and spinnier version of Razka 7 with a slightly higher throw angle. Basically an upgraded Razka 7 for the 40+ ball. For T05/MX-P users it has more in common with MX-P being slightly slower with similar spin and a tad higher throw angle. It does everything well with no glaring weaknesses: Opening loops, counter loops, blocking, pushes, flat hits, serves, serve returns are all excellent.
Tenergy 05 is still a little stronger as an all out pure looping rubber and MX-P is faster but GA8 provides excellent spin and speed in an overall excellent and balanced rubber that is great for mid distanced looping attackers. If you are a pro or an aspiring pro T05 is still probably the best choice but for amateurs I think this is the better overall rubber. Recommended.

47.5 degree sponge, med thickness, tested on Treiber K.
I see this rubber's ratings have dropped slightly from the heady days when it first appeared on the database.
Funny how new equipment seems to garner extraordinary hype and ratings in the initial reviews. However this rubber
deserves it's very high ranking as it's one of the best I have tried. Opted for the softer, thinner version as I felt 50 degree max would be too hard/fast and that I would probably not utilize It's potential anyway. 47.5 seems perfect, the supple top sheet makes the rubber feel softer than it is, and with a high level of grip, spin based strokes have great rotation.Control is excellent , with a very linear power curve that is easy to unleash. In combination with the Treiber K, I had speed, control and consistency that fit well with my abilities.
I am an older player (60), but if you are an advanced, fast, powerful player (read younger perhaps)
then the harder/thicker version of this rubber might suit your game even better.
I thoroughly recommend this rubber as it has that great synthesis between sponge and topsheet and is Only $30US per sheet.

Great rubber for BH or FH, it suits stiff and medium stiff blade. All the characteristics of BTY T05 with lower throw angle and a bit slower than T05 using 47.5 max thickness. I will try 50 for extra speed soon. This rubber is also very durable. 50 is faster but the throw angle is too low for me, I will stick with 47.5 for now. The weight of Dhs GA8 is heavy, definitely heavier than Bty T05.
La uso en el derecho de mi Yasaka Extra Special. Es muy rpida, se siente demasiado el efecto catapulta. Y engancha demasiado la pelota, un poco ms que la Raksza 7. Muy recomendable.
similar to Rakza7, but little more spin and little less speed. control is very high in every shot
This tensor rubber is amazing. Everything is easy to do. Very powerful and the spin is tremendous. Try it!
I just try on Timo Boll ALC for FH to compare with T05 on BH. After played I like Gold Arc 8 that is OK. And feel better than T05 and price is cheaper.
Next time, I will use it for BH also.

Gold Arc 8 is very fast rubber, this is a non-tacky chinese rubber with german porous sponge, topsheet is hard but elastic crispy catapult effect bite the ball, TOK TOK TOK sound so nice. like others top line tensor rubber are high speed, high spin. if Tenergy series are expensive ... you should not miss Gold Arc 8 it easy to play, it won't let you down.
47.5 is really good!! 50 is just amazing. Spin, speed, control, counter, block, loopvsloop, it has it all. Goodbye everything else. Pair it on a Viscaria!
This is the first DHS Rubber that is not a Chinese rubber. It's made in Germany and I can confirm it's an effective ESN rubber no tacky. For me is the best rubber I ever tried: 1) worderful serves with a huge amount of backspin 2) very easy open loops against backspin with a lot of rotation 3) strong countertopspin 4) strong pushes 5) fantastic blocks. What do you want more? The best rubber!!!
