Good service. I would recommend getting this service to any serious table tennis player.
If you encounter difficulty for the rubber to stick to the blade after applying the varnish, just lightly sand it with a 220 grid sand paper until you eliminate the shine. But not sand it to bear wood because you'll defeat the purpose of the varnish which is to protect the wood. You want a surface that allows the glue to grip to it and not repeal your work. I didn't purchase it but I wanted people to know what they can do in case the rubbers don't stick to the blade.
I highly recommend this service. Eliminates any worry of pulling wood while replacing your old rubber sheets. Take note though. Some blades come sealed at the factory.
great attention to detail to ensure blade was sealed and results were perfect, fast shipping!
Well done... I always get my blades sealed as that helps protect the blade...
Removing rubber is safer by sealing the blade. My fibercomp defense blade ($75) was ruined after I removed the rubber a couple of times. Since then, I always seal my blade.
This service keeps your blade from peeling the outer ply when you replace your rubbers.
been 8 months to a year since megaspin but my rubbers on and i've had 0 issues with them getting loose. I have had some "chips" on the edges of the rubbers, but that seems normal wear and tear, will use this service again on my next blade & rubber purchase.
Don't seal your blade. It changes the feel. If the top layer on your blade of choice peels, get a better blade.
