This is a chinese hybrid rubber. This rubber is a wandefull replacement for Dignics 09c , it performs better , with lower throw angle and it's faster. This rubber lasts very long time and the durability is outstanding. The durability is comparable with Dignics 09c but the cost is much less.

tried on forehand and backhand.
Coming from C2 and played with hurricane blue sponge before the rubber is feeling more like hurricane, needs proper technique and good legs if you want to go hard with it or the ball will go to the net. Serves are spinniers than C2 and receives are easier aswell.
The rubber is tacky at the start unlike C2 but not as much as hurricane.
When you go hard with it it is faster than C2 but if you go softly the arc is lower.
easier far away from the table because of the power it can generate.
Looping is spinnier than C2 but harder to make.
Rubber is also heavier than C2 so hit the gym if you use it on both sides of the same racket.

Overall it's the hurricane version of Donic, should be easier to use boosted, great rubber regardless

I replaced my Bluegrip V1 with the J1 and have practiced twice with it. The J1 feels as if I just glued itit looks absolutely new. The top sheet is grippy but not super tacky, which I liked because it gives me extra control. Blocking is straightforward and effective. The loop drives are amazing, delivering great sound, spin, and speed. I expected it to be heavier; it weighs 73 g uncut and 51 g after cutting, used on a Yinhe T11S blade.

Good rubber both FH and BH. I has many gears, excellent spin and speed, and good for counter and block. I use also for chop. Precise push, short or long. Good variation on serves. It is a nice rubber also at mid distance. I work quite well for smash. I use it on Amultart.

I have been playing with Bluegrip C2 for a year and a half, and love the rubber: Fantastisc spin (serves, loopes, chopping), without doubt the best non-chinese rubber there (havent tested the best there). Good control, decent speed. Wanted to try try Bluegrip J1 to see if it could provide more speed from mid/long distance. Feared that more speed would mean more "bounce" and less control, which does not suit my style, technique and level.

After 6-7 practices, I would conclude as follows: Provides the same, massive spin as Bluegrip C2. Without a doubt more speed - easier to counter with quality when pressed away from the table, easier to add speed when looping.

I do not feel like I have lost anything when it comes to control. Insencitive to incoming spin on serves, good for blocking. You can go for max on both sides: Absolutely controllable.

I can strongly recommend this rubber! I have played with hybrid rubbers such as Butterfly Dignics 09c, Tibhar K3, Andro C53, Vicas Triple Double Extra, Xiom Jekyll & Hyde C55 etc - they are nothing compared to C2 - and even less compared to J1.
