YEO or YMLEO is popular 5-ply all-wood blade from Yasaka, made in Sweden. Due to a huge popularity I dare to say it is a classic. It has a little harder touch because of walnut surface layer, still providing enough feedback. Not very stiff, well balanced. Sweetspot is above average. Suitable for close and play away from the table, for both celluloid 40 and new plastic 40+ ball. Composition: walnut-spruce-ayous-spruce-walnut, 6mm thick. Very well made. My blade measures 88g. ST handle is very comfortable as well as is FL. In short: do it all blade, suitable also for beginners (if they want to stick to it). Did I mention inexpensive, too?
