I switched to this blade from a Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive and immediately noticed an increase in speed. The obvious tradeoff is the decrease in control; blocking is much more difficult with this blade. I would highly recommend this blade for intermediate players who enjoy fast, active play.
