If available definitely get the white glove service when shipping. This table weighs about 300 lbs when shipped! It was difficult for two adults to move. When moving the box, keep the pallet flat if you can. The edges are protected in the box but why take a chance with setting the box on its side?

The setup instructions could use more detail although the process is not difficult. For example, there could be more images and steps in the setup manual. I neglected to put washers over the bolts before inserting the bolts into the leg. Also be sure that the orientation of the leg is correct. (The longer side points away from the table end legs.) One of the alignment stickers on the T leg was on the wrong side. Watching a setup video for a similar table on Joola's youtube page helped in assembly.

The adjustable feet and castor wheels are a very welcome feature for my uneven floor.

I have been happy with this table. The bounce is consistent. There were a couple minor cosmetic blemishes in the surface finish, but it is sturdy construction and a lot of fun for playing.
