The carrier lost my Joola Tour 2500 table. But the customer service was able to send me a replacement table after a quick email to them. Can't expect a better service. The table was easy to assemble and required one of my friend to lift up and position. The table seems to be very high quality all around and our family is already enjoying playing on the board even though we had never played ping pong before. I highly recommend Joola and Megaspin.
