This is my third table tennis table and definitely the best. My prior table had a 3/4" playing surface and I decided to go for a 1" surface this time. I'm very glad I did--it's an extremely solid and stable table.

The packaging was excellent. I've received a lot of damaged items when shipped as freight so I was a bit worried. I should not have been. This table had thick rubber inserts on the corners and hardboard wrapped in cardboard along each side. There wasn't a scratch on it.

It was kind of rough to get from the curb into the house but after that the setup was a breeze. I did it alone in about 30 minutes. It would have been better to have two people to stand the halves up after assembly but I was by myself so I simply locked the wheels and lifted each half from the opposite end. No problems.

It was easy to level and has a lively playing surface. My wife loves the blue color (our last two were green) and the fact that it's two separate pieces, making it easy to use just one half for other purposes. It also makes it a lot easier to move around and store.

I did a lot of research and I think this is definitely the best table for the price. Great playing surface, solid legs and braces, and easy setup and takedown.
