Phenomenal experience! After a lot of research, we chose the Joola Tour 2500 and could not be more pleased. We were skeptical of all the high reviews; however, now we are giving one. We ordered the table on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on Friday morning. The packaging is unbelievably robust. In our opinion, it would literally require a fork lift poking through the package or being dropped from pretty high to damage the table. Also, the delivery driver unloaded the table with a “pallet jack” and rolled it right into the garage. They may not do this for everyone based on the property, but the service was outstanding.
My wife and I unpackaged and mounted the casters and net (which is all you have to do) in 45 minutes, being overly careful not to scratch any part of the table. It took us longer to get it out of the packaging than to do the assembly. The Tour 2500 is a beautiful table that is well designed, well made, plays great, and is easy for one person to move around. In our late 60’s, we will probably never need another table, but would buy the Tour 2500 again in a heartbeat.
